At Zanwy Collection, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to make it better.

Returns

 We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.       Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

 Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

 If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it pNon-Returnable Items Items that have been opened, used, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
